"Review for Premium Inn Collection: We booked 14 rooms for three days, but unfortunately, the experience was not up to the mark. The rooms lacked proper maintenance, and cleanliness was a significant issue throughout our stay. While the staff provided decent support during the event days, their coordination before the function was poor. The manager and staff could have been more responsive and professional. Overall, the stay was below expectations, and there is considerable room for improvement in both service and facilities."

"My experience was pathetic here. I was allowed checking in about more than an hour after reaching the place. Ac was not working. Tv was not there. Hand jet was leaking. No support from staff. Poor service. Never visit this property. And never give your phone in their hands. They will ask you to give your phone to them to take screenshot of booking and will rate themselves on the app."

"Never ever go to this Hotel. We went there & had Terrible Experience. Firstly, even though we had booked online, we were charged much higher & we had no option to go anywhere else since it was late in the night. The receptionist promised Breakfast included in what we paid. > No toiletries provided. Upon asking, was informed that Oyo (service provider) used to provide Kits but no longer provided by Hotel or Oyo. > Asked for Water Bottle, received after Half an Hour. > Whole night, there were frequent power cuts due to which room temperature kept fluctuating which spoiled our Sleep. > Woke up in the Morning & ordered Breakfast (unlike any other Hotel, we had to choose from their Limited 3 Options). Just so that we would not be asked to pay extra, I confirmed with them that I was provided Free Breakfast to which the staff clearly denied. > We immediately canceled Breakfast ordered as we were sure it would be another pathetic experience. > Icing on the Cake, while leaving their so called Hotel, Receptionist presented us THE BILL of BREAKFAST Which We Never Had Contacted Agoda & explained the issue, waited for Resolution for 45 minutes after which we were told it would take longer & we would be updated over email. Even after few days, still waiting to get the Resolution which I'm sure that I'll never receive. P.S. We booked through Agoda for ₹1239, Receptionist asked us to pay ₹1600 (later he said No Room is Available for Online Booking even when he had himself called 30 mins back to confirm our arrival time) & we settled at 1400 including Breakfast. He repeated atleast 5 times that he'll include Breakfast as if he was Obliging Us & yet clearly denied in the morning saying we charge 1800 including Breakfast."

"Had a terrible experience. The receptionist was complete fraud and hotel is a scam. Basic amenities were not provided no TV in room and AC was also not working . Bedsheets were very dirty. Staff was very rude didn’t even changed pillows when we told them. Manager was asking for extra money when asked for providing a better room."

"As mentioned in another review, they want more money. We had booked from Oyo, which we shouldn't have, the manager refused to give room to us because we didn't give him an extra 2000 rupees. And they act so disrespectfully, can't even look me in the eye and talk properly. Constantly leave the conversation to talk with their colleague. It's some kind of tactic of them or they really are raised that way. A complete scan. Never trusting anyone in Uttar Pradesh again, I feel everyone in this state is out for your money."
